Abstract:

In an economic environment that is constantly changing and evolving, the organizational process concept brings to the organizational management a new approach meant to facilitate notions like continuous improvement, agility, flexibility and adaptability.All these concepts are foundations of sustainable development and competitive advantage.

Presenting of the typology of the organizational processes is based on a classification of them. The paper defines the concept of process architecture and process modelling. passing by presenting the theoretical aspects of the problem. Applying this approach to organizations in the health system can be a new stage in trying to reconfigure them as economically profitable organizations.
