Abstract
The aim of this work is to propose therapeutic formulas for the treatment of pigmentation disorders, in the context of the high incidence of this dermatological pathology
The work gives a broad presentation of pigmentation disorders, starting from the structure of the skin, from melanogenesis, to the regulation of melanogenesis.
The objectives of this work consisted in obtaining pharmaceutical preparations that treat or alleviate the aesthetic discomforts created by melasma, chloasma, ephelide or senile lentigo.
The novelty of this study consists in the association of active substances such as tretinoin with dexamethasone and vitamin C, in order to make the two pharmaceutical forms applicable in dermatology.
