ABSTRACT
The majority of studies highlight associations between mental health and absenteeism. Furthermore, the results found in the specialized literature have emphasized the fact that depression significantly impacts job productivity. The productivity of the labour force can be tied to a variety of factors, which can directly influence productivity and indirectly through the occupational environment, respectively health and well-being. [1] Also, personality influences professional performances.
The aspect of studying the mode of manifestation of dental technicians’ personality in the conditions of professional process promotes concepts, arguments and specific theoretical norms. The medical visions on maintaining an optimum level of psychic health for the qualified personnel, and also of the specific abilities in conjunction with individual capacities, play a key role in the professional development of the dental technician.
